Alrewas Surgery Delivers 600 Vaccines in Just One Morning!
On Saturday, our team at Alrewas Surgery delivered an incredible 600 flu and COVID-19 vaccines to 400 patients between 8:30 am and 12:30 pm.
We are extremely proud of our staff, who worked together to make the clinic run smoothly and safely. The atmosphere in the surgery was fantastic, and we were delighted to see that 100% of patients booked in attended their appointment.
Alongside vaccinations, we also carried out 150 pulse rhythm checks, which help us detect irregular heart rhythms. Early diagnosis of conditions such as atrial fibrillation can make a big difference to patient outcomes.

Looking Ahead
This October, we will be vaccinating over 1,000 patients at our surgery as part of the winter vaccination campaign. Our clinics are also an opportunity to provide wider health checks and advice, ensuring we make every contact count.
At Alrewas Surgery we are continually working to improve patient care — from introducing a new telephone system with a call-back option, to expanding online services and listening to feedback through patient surveys.
